Existing exhibitors will be given first opportunity to re-book their booth space thus getting first preference within their category prior to the expos being opened to general bookings. General bookings will be accepted on a first in, first served basis. NO booths will be held unless confirmed with a deposit. Balance of payment is then required by the deadline date shown on your Tax Invoice or the booth may be resold.
