Bump-in Procedures
Wedding Vehicles Only: 7.00am–8.00am
Saturday: 12noon–6.00pm
Sunday: 7.30am–9.30am
Set up must be completed by 9.30am on Sunday
Please note that Convention Centre will be locked for security purposes at 6.00pm sharp. The venue will NOT be opened prior to 7.30am for setting up on Sunday except for special pre-arranged circumstances. You are welcome to unload your vehicles at the back loading dock, but you MUST move your vehicle to the carpark under the Centre as soon as possible. Alternatively you may park in the carpark and use lift access to the Centre. Please report to our Expo reception desk when bumping in to obtain your exhibitor passes. Wedding Cars will be displayed inside the Convention Centre.
Bump-out Procedures
Sunday: 4.00pm–6.00pm
Exhibitors are permitted to bump out at will, but please note that NO exhibit is to be dismantled prior to 4pm. Vehicles may access the back loading dock for limited periods only.
