Loading Bays: Loading bays are available for unloading vehicles directly behind Exhibition Hall 2 - access is via ramp at main vehicle entrance off Gold Coast Highway (refer to attached map). |

Parking: The car park is located directly under the convention centre. Once unloaded all exhibitors are requested to move their vehicle to the car park. There are two lifts and stairs available from the car park onto the exhibition floor. Car parking will be available for a flat rate of $7.00 per car per day. However, if the car exits, you will be charged $7.00 for every further entry and exit. |

| Important Information |
| Occupational Health & Safety |
| During bump-in and bump-out the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre requires that all stand builders, exhibitors and expo staff wear safety vests when entering into Exhibition Hall 2. Therefore please remember to bring along a high vis shirt or vest.If necessary, safety vests can be purchased onsite from the GCCEC Security Office, located at the Loading Dock. The vests are $10 each. |
| Public Liability Insurance |
| All exhibitors must carry Public Liability Insurance to the value of $10,000,000 to provide cover whilst exhibiting. This can often be obtained from your own insurance company, however we can purchase it on your behalf for $82.50. Simply contact your Advertising Executive if you wish to add this to your booking. If you are organising your own insurance, please ensure you send us a copy of the public liability certificate. |
| Electrical Safety Reminder |
| The Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre require that all electrical items brought into the expo venue must be tagged and tested in the past 12 months by a registered electrician. Our electrician - Ken Walsh Electrical will be providing this service during bump in on Saturday and Sunday. It will cost $15.00 for the first item and $5.00 for every item there after. If you require Ken Walsh to tag and test any electrical items please email the expo coordinatorprior to bump in. |
| Prohibited Goods |
| Naked flames such as candles, and helium balloons are prohibited from the expo due to safety reasons. Competitors marketing materials such as bridal magazines, flyers and posters are also prohibited. Any prohibited goods displayed on the day will be removed. |
| Catering |
| Catering will be available on site at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre from 9.00am to 4.00pm on Sunday 1 August. Coffee, tea and food items will be available. |

| Additional Extras |
| To avoid omission and ensure that bump-in procedures run smoothly and effectively, all additional extras must be requested prior to bump in. |
| Please note: any additional extras requested during bump in will incur a 100% surcharge and must be paid in full at the time of request. |

| Exhibitors are permitted to bump out at will, but please note that no exhibit is to be dismantled prior to 4.00pm. We appreciate your patience while dismantling your booth and loading your vehicles. |
