Allocation
Booths are allocated to all exhibitors and set up according to the individual exhibitor’s size requirements. All boothing is covered in black carpeting and is 2.4m high. The sidewalls of the booth are 60cm wide, but the depth of space permitted to exhibitors is 1.2m. Please ensure that you adhere strictly to this depth to conform to fire safety regulation standards.
Signage
Signage is not provided on any stands, Exhibitors are encouraged to provide their own individual signs to promote their business or service together with an original and appealing display. Product samples, audiovisual displays and promotional material may all be tied together in an innovative way.
Exhibitor Passes
Exhibitors will be provided with an exhibitor pass for each permitted staff member who must keep it displayed at all times. The maximum number of staff members permitted to man your booth at any given time are as follows:
