8.00am – 6.00pm; Thursday
8.00am – 3.30pm; Friday
All booths must be set up by 4.30pm Friday
Upon arrival please check in with expo staff for your exhibitor passes, expo details and catering information.
Due to recent developments in the King George Square construction, the old Council building basement car park is no longer available to unload vehicles. We have arranged for the City Hall back loading dock, King George Square Car Park and King George Square to be available for exhibitor bump in and out. Below are the details for each loading bay. Please nominate the loading bay that best suits your needs by downloading and completing the Brisbane Bump In Form. Please note that these areas are a loading and unloading area only and are available for a maximum 30 minute period. Once unloaded, vehicles must be moved to a public car park (e.g. Myer Centre Car Park, Transit Centre Car Park or Queens Plaza Car Park).
Loading Bay 1
City Hall back loading dock |

Loading Bay 2
King George Square |

Bump-out Procedures
Sunday, 4.00pm-6.00pm
Exhibitors are permitted to bump out at will, but please note that NO exhibit is to be dismantled prior to 4.00pm.
