Bump-in Procedures
Saturday: 12noon – 5.00pm
Sunday: 7.30am – 9.30am
Set up must be completed by 9.30am on Sunday. Please report to our Expo reception desk when bumping in to obtain your Exhibitor Passes. Cars can be parked for a limited period at the front of The Events Centre for unloading. Please note that the venue will be locked for security purposes at 5.30pm sharp. The venue will NOT be opened prior to 7.30am for setting up on Sunday except for special pre-arranged circumstances. Wedding Cars are permitted to be parked and displayed immediately in front of The Events Centre. Once unloaded, all exhibitors are requested to park underneath The Events Centre. All vehicles remaining in the loading bay WILL be towed.
Bump-out Procedures
Sunday: 4.00pm-6.00pm
Exhibitors are permitted to bump out at will, but please note that NO exhibit is to be dismantled prior to 4.00pm. Vehicles may be parked at the front entrance of The Events Centre for loading for a maximum of 15 minutes.
