All exhibitors must carry Public Liability Insurance to the value of $10,000,000 to provide cover whilst exhibiting. Please send a copy of your Certificate of Insurance with your Expo application. If you do not have the correct insurance, we are happy to organize your Expo cover with our own insurance provider at the nominal fee stated on the attached form. Please complete and return with your Expo application.
Exhibitors are required to ensure that they are adequately covered by Public Liability Insurance. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties/visitors on, or in the vicinity of, an exhibition stand.
If you prefer, we have retained the services of an insurance brokerage to provide Public Liability Coverage. Arranged with QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited for a cost of $82.50 including GST, the insurance coverage is based on a limit of indemnity of $10,000,000 for one occurrence. The insurance coverage has effect from the first day of set up of the exhibition to the final day of dismantling. With the exception of food and drink, the policy does not include any other claims arising from the sale or supply of products at the event.
